Tune Hotel Question

We booked a room at the Tune hotel in KL earlier this year. I now want to book a room for a night in Kuta (we arrive late and it is only for one night until our other accommodation is ready)

The problem I am having is that it tells me because I am booking using a different currency to my last booking (Rp instead of MYR) that I need to re-register using a different email address. I only have one email address...has anyone experienced this and know of a way to say cancel my original login and create a new one?

I have emailed them but haven't had a response yet.
