Hi

I stayed at the Safari park for one night last week - it was great! (We don't have any children though) we spent the day with family (there was one child and lots of adults) and then at night the family left and we stayed on.

We did not have to pay any entry costs to the park, since we were staying there, are all the shows and elephant feeding is free. We were meant to pay for photos with the animals (because this was not inluded in our guest pass) but the keeps just waved us through.

We went to the 'fun station' and rides were 30,000. There were only a few.

The resturant is only ok - I find their club sandwhichs and indonesian dishes the best testing and best value money wise. The cockatils were expensive at 100,000 each - and the bintang was ok i think.

We just brought a bottle of wine with us and had that in our room :)

We worked out that the cost of staying at the safari park was not bad. It cost our family $35US a head to get in. SO for two of us, it woudl have cost $70US - and the room was $180US (total) so accomodation ended up being about $100 a night.

I hope that info helps a little bit.
