Accommodation for June 2010 - pricing

Hi,

Just wondering if anyone has started booking accommodation for June next year.
We have started looking and a lot looks unavailable, although im not sure if it has been released for booking and pricing yet?

Also who have you found the best for pricing?
We previously found a price via asia rooms and then took it into Flight Centre for them to beat the price.
Any other suggestions?
