That is that. Read the numerous posts on this screen. Nuff said. Whatever the reasons (and I doubt that anyone here could give a flying eff what the causes are & who was involved) people are being treated poorly. The place has seemingly gone downhill badly. People want to be able to book a hotel, have that booking honoured on arrival after an often lengthy trip, be treated well & have a clean room to stay in. According to the many posts here none of those things are happening lately.
