Kusnadi would be my choice if travelling alone. Not sure about the bath tubs, but an email should confirm this for you quite quickly.
They are very busy at the moment, so i would get in quick.Another one to look at which is inexpensive and in the same area is Bali Village hotel. I know they have baths in some of their rooms. They are not good with the email tho, so you would be better to ring. I have a friend there at the moment if you need any help email privately.
