You cant drink a good red in Bali as room temperature is far too hot! You need to cool/refrigerate reds so they are drinkable. I often have a champagne/ice bucket, but definitely not worth consuming a top red.
I took a bottle of top Heathcote shiraz one trip and ruined it!
I dont think we will have much luck being able to buy a glass of red from our favourite little restaurants. Seems to be 'unobtainable' at the moment.
Fortunately I am lucky and can easily enjoy a cocktail, have been known to attempt the full list over a good long dinner!
