Willow please get off the soapbox. Yes I have used VIP VOA & will do it again. The only flights I can get from Sydney on Garuda (my preferred carrier) arrive at Ngurah Rai with 3 747's from China & Korea. Three trips in a row I was over 3 hours getting out of the airport. If I can do anything to alleviate this waiting time I will & at least the money is spent in Bali.
