The waves at Lembongan do not really suit Mals. Our friend came with us in April this year and June last year and broke two mals at the beginning of his surfing days. Lucky he had a spare. Sorry but you won't find any to rent on lembongan and if you take one from Bali I would be very careful.
As far as Baliaan goes maybe you could rent one at Legian and take down to Balian, the wave at Balian is more suited to a Mal when its not huge.
