Hi booked and confirmed at the BGH. sent them my credit card number,(debit mastercard from cba) as advised by several as people cant take any extra if not in there.
Recieved a email saying recieved credit card details and would be prosessed. This was done last week. They took money for one nights accom.
My ????? are this we have booked for two rooms but only took one nights accom for one room not two, is this normal practice? Thought they would take a night for each room.
And if anyoen else here which i am sure there is has dealt with bgh re booking how long after the money going from account was a reciept sent via email for 100% confimation?
Kind of slightly worried as have not heard anything yet and ma sure has been about a week.
Also nothing really showing up on bank statement as yet just that the money has gone but doenst say to who or where. This I will check with bank to see if they cna track down where.
