Anyone experiencing problems with lack of communication with White Rose?
We booked for 4 nights later this month (several months ago), via a travel agent that's since closed down (Ixplore).
Before closing (the agent) sent us verification of booking and payment.
Have sent several e-mails 10 July onwards to WRH but had no response at all which is now worrying us.
Need to verify our booking for 17-20th incl - anyone out there able to help if I provide info via direct e-mail?
Anyone else also experiencing same problem with White Rose?
Have also sent request/complaint to Bali Tourism Board 18 hours ago, but no response as yet.
