I totally agree with Irene. The airline staff (if pre-booked)will take your Mom off the plane in wheelchair and she will be the first though the VOA. Even if she is totally mobile, get your Mom to agree to this service as it is not offered to younger passengers. Tell her that's the benefit of being older (even if she still feels young!)
