Hi.Probably the best way would be to contact the airlines and ask for assistance.They will then escort your Mum on and off the aircraft either in a wheelchair or by foot.They will also take her passport and money for VOA and get that for her.Then whizz her through to the luggage carousel then outside to meet you.It's a good service for the oldies.I've done it.
