Yes the airport is terrible but I would not worry about hold ups.Just like anywhere else, stay alert, and sorry to say not to friendly. 4 am, 4:30ish will be fine. Remember this is Bali, and flights get delayed all the time. Don"t stress to much, enjoy the beauty. Cheers
