we were on 22 July and same. the VIP VOA had been cancelled and there were no directions to get voa so many had lined up for immigration only to have to go back and que for voa and then immigration again. 12 flights were reported to have landed at once and only 4 people for immigration... poor mums and kids.... poor older folk.
