Sometimes they have instant confirmation and other times the accommodation is "by request/on request (or similar)" which means you wait a few days for a response.
If you have an instant confirmation then the accommodation is confirmed and you will not receive anymore emails from them. You should have the accommodation voucher attached to that email or if you have an account log in you should be able to log in and print the voucher.
