For the Zoo, you really only need half a day. There is a half-day tour advertised on their website which includes transport - write down the number for the Zoo and get your hotel to book the tour for you once you arrive. At 1pm there is the show where you get to hold the animals - I had the best time!
From Jayakarta, Ketuts would be about a 10/15 min walk. You turn right out of main security gate and follow the rd until you get to the end. Turn left into JL Padma and then in a short distance JL Sahadewa is on the right. Ketuts shop is down a little lane on the left-hand side. There is a sign outside the store so hopefully you will be able to find it. Good Luck!
