There is a shuttle bus from Domestic to International, no taxi expenses at all.
Our airport is small however by the time you get to interanational the time will go quick.
Lots of nice eatery to sit and relax.
I would not risk going to the city it will be the traffic to get back to the airport that may be a problem.
