Your lawyer could find you a Nominee if you haven't got a trusted friend, or a Notaris can supply one. Some ask a fee some do not and some Nominees are paid and some are not.
Yes we have purchased land using a reputable Notaris, reputable Lawyer and a friend for our Nominee.
We will use one of the Visa companies to obtain our visa when we know which one we want. Bali Mode (has website) is one also Bali Ide (a little more expensive, has website).
