December Jan is a busy time as well as July August so i would book a few night ahead.
Lots of Europeans on holiday in July and plenty were after budget places even families so it was pretty full everywhere.
Lots of people we spoke to couldnt get the place they wanted and some regular visitors were struggling to get walk in places of their choice.
