Not seen the 3 bedroom bungalows but if like the 2 bedroom ones (which they appear to be from the website)..
In Room safe in bedroom.
Aircon in bedrooms.
Open area unable to be closed off.
From the website out of the 2, 3 bedroom bungalows only one seems to be listed as having airconditioning.
