as a family of 5. Transferring is a breeze, every time we've flown AA they've been on time, we got off the plane quick, did customs/temperature scan/collected luggage and walked to check in for our next flight. Nothing is far away, it's very easy to do. The overnight flights from Melbourne aren't the most fun, seats quite narrow and don't really recline, which gave me 8 hours to remind myself of what I could buy in Bali with the flight $ savings (x5)!!
