Hi,
Last time we went with a 1 year old and didn't worry about the VIP VOA. When we started heading towards the processing area a man waved us into a room and we sat down on a lounge and waited while he took our passports and money. Didn't take long and we were through. Didn't have to line up. The only problem was that because we went through quickly we then had to wait for our bags... Oh well.
