The orphanages I have spoken to are happy to receive any donations. They aren't that concerned about whether or not you have enough for everyone as they share them around. Not all the orphans will go to school anyway, so having some supplies around will be appreciated.
We are going to Klungklung which is near Gianyar, 1.5 hours from Kuta. They have 30-40 hearing impaired and deaf orphans plus another 20-30 children. They are grateful for anything they can get.
