Thanks Les.
I did check the seating plan and have already booked exit row seats, however since booking i've read reports on BTF saying row 1 is good because you exit the plane first on arrival.
Sounds good so i thought i might change my seats while there is still a couple available. (One of my fellow travellers has dual disabilities so shorter waiting times at immigration would be a bonus to us )
When i spoke to someone 'live' via the Air Asia website, i explained my arrival and departure points.
'Live help" said that row 1 has as good a seat pitch as the exit rows.
This may be true on flights within Asia, but I'm unsure if this is true when i look at the seating plan for my flights.
Row 1 faces a different way to the flights i caught within Asia! There is a row of seats in front of row 1, the exit door is behind row 1.
Air Asia's Live help is wrong, or their seating plan is wrong?
Your thoughts please?
