This place is the best. Walk out of Basahki turn left then right at JJ's down JL Bumi Ayu. Halfway down just past Bumas hotel is Laundry in compound. They are fantastic, cheaper than other place and also Iron everything. REAL WINNER. You will see a white laundry board leaning on the wall. The Warung across from there make a wicked Nasi Champur for 10,000 same price for Bubur Ayam but you need to order that day before.
