a type of dense, semispherical pancake, maybe 6cm in diameter. they are accompanied by grated coconut and liquid palm sugar. they are a mixture of rice flour , water and a plant's leaf (not pandan) gives it its green colour. the mixture is poured into moulds in a a clay baking dish and then cooked over a fire. you can buy them early morning at the markets; i think they are about 1000 rp for 4 with the toppings.
