Hi
Lovina has so many beautiful places nearby.

My favourite is Sekumpul waterfall - the least known but by far the best in Bali - Sekumpul village - about 30km from Lovina on other side of Singaraja. prob best to hire driver as it is not so easy to find and there is no signage. try Gede Atat- his mobile +6281353276247. There is also a guide at the waterfall that does 4 hour treks for about 200,000rp which Gede could probably organise. Forget Gitgit - this one is heaps better and bigger and there is no rubbish and nobody is hassling you to buy stuff the whole way! And you can swim there as well.

Also the cold holy spring on the coast on the east side of singaraja. cant remember exact name.

also must go to Hot springs. Very cheap entry and fun to swim with the locals. The buddhist temple isn't much to look at though (in my opinion) but is usually a stop on the way.

And go see Munduk twin lakes either on the way there or the way home.

And Menjangan Island is an option - about 1.5 hours drive. But sometimes there are plastic bags floating around at the surface - a product of the locals inability to use rubbish bins!

Enjoy!
