32 kg is not a problem for a Balinese porter. On their farms, they lift heavier weights than that.
When I was 15, I worked on building sites. Frequently, I lifted two bags of cement on my shoulder. Each bag weighed 20 kg each. My wieight at the time was only 40 kg.
When my motorcycle weighing 200 kg falls over, I have no problem lifting it back up.
My late great grandfather, a farmer in WA, could lift 500 kg of wheat on his back.
