details are probably kept as a guarantee only & you will be charged upon check in. Most hotels won't charge straight away incase you cancel or amend your booking as dealing with some banks in Indonesia can get complicated. Hotels sometime mention they will only charge your cc a cancellation fee if you cancel within a certain period eg cancel a day before arrival. When in doubt just communicate with the hotel.
