I think the difference is that at the Padma there are plenty to choose from. At some hotels this is not the case and a lounge in sun or shade may be in short supply, so it is unfair to have them booked up and unavailable while not being used. I've also not shown my angst, but that doesn't mean I'm not feeling it. I just don't like selfish, inconsiderate people. The rest of us are great!
