When you reach arrivals you will see a sign on the right saying "Foreigners with Visa" or similar. There are about 4 booths with one for aircrew.
Spoke to two couples from Nelson last night and it took them 2 hours to get through so good idea.
The Visa section at the Indonesian embassy in Wellington are very easy to deal with and the process takes only a few days. The lady to talk to is Wynda and you download the application via internet.
