-look up on the net the subject name.. we went on last year and took our 11 year old and he loved it...as did we all. you can go at your own pace and there are lots of down hill runs and only a couple of big hills to go up but am not a bike rider myself and i did it! fantastic as you go thru the villages and all the kids come running out of their houses to say hello and give hi 5's as you go past. rest stops included. there is a meal included at the end at wayans home compound which was very good. also, if you do decide on this one take some pencils/textas paper etc for the school children. Wayan helps out with a local school for the poor and all donations of these types of things are greatly appreciated. see the website at the top and have a look for yourself. have fun!
