There is no RK block that I know of.
Other people on the forum may know more if they have been there recently, I was there in January and the front rooms/villa's near the road hadn't been finished. I understand they have been completed.
Are you sure you haven't booked in to Grand Kumala by mistake?
Wait till you get more responses then you will have better Idea.
