But understand tipping is not necessary, its not like Amercia where there is certain percentage.
Most places already have a service charge on the bill however we still round it up always.
If you happy with the people cleaning your room it's always nice to give them something, same with your waiters that serve you at your resturant if you wish to.
Taxi drivers same always round it up.
Tipping is good as they have so little but not complusory.
It's your choice.
