Have stayed at the Ramada for the past 5 times (through deliberate choice). It is quite a large resort though, but this is not a problem. Most of the staff there are amazingly friendly and attentive.
The rooms are not luxurious, but more than adequate and generally pretty clean. Some are slightly tired, but still clean and quite decent. Our air-con was never a problem. Our beds have always been very comfortable.
The hotel and grounds are quite lovely, and the pool is magnificent.
Breakfasts are fine with a very large variety. Even, hot and cold spa pools above the large waterfall. Plenty of sun chairs around the pool (even if you may have to reserve a couple before your morning walk before breakfast).
The evening banquests beside the pool are also extremely good (with cultural dancers and music etc.) The bar between the pool and the beach is excellent for some cocktails of an evening or whilst watching the sun go down over the water.
Bar staff are absolutely brilliant. So polite, friendly and attentive.
Ramada is not perfect (100%) in every way for everyone, but we didn't go back 5 times for no reason. We have changed this time around for August, we are trying the Mandira in Legian for the first time.
Don't fret. You should love the Ramada, I have also held it in very high regard. I highly recommend it. Relax and have a Great time!
