Son home thank goodness so I can stop worrying now!! He and some mates just spent a week on Partarma surf boat, he said he enjoyed it however would he do it again, definately NO....the main reasons he will not do this again are - the balinese crew were not really interested in looking for surf, they were mainly interested in getting to other islands so as they can then go to shore and 'fun' with their girlfriends (they are all married however have different girlfriends on each island), then come back to the boat and brag about it.
Ok so what you might be thinking...well when they come back on the boat with their new supply of 'pot' to smoke sort of gets me worried!! They (the balinese) were always so stoned that the food and beers were short on supplies, yeah the boys were fed well as the cook would have a joint then 1/2 hour get the munchies and have to cook again....therefore the food didnt last too long!!
Hey Im no prude and couldnt give a rats a... what they (the balinese crew) do, however dont put my sons future in jeopardy - the boys had paid good $$ for a surf trip on this boat, fair enough the surf may not be good and the bintang may run short but drugs just dont cut it!! and in Bali where they could have ended up in jail if polisi had have come on board, as if they (polisi) will believe that the boys didnt have a joint to!! they said they didnt, so even if they did they should not have been put in this position in the first place in Indonesian waters!!!
So thats my gripe! and if anyone asks for a recommendation for this boat, please ask me so I can give them a beauty!!
For an Australian owned business they should know better, even worse the aussie prick was on board too!!!! Wonder if Tracey Grimshaw would be interested about this!!!
