Corals not as good as years ago but still great diving. We like Tulamben best. Go with negotiated cost with reasonable driver or cheaper on local buses. We like Hotel Paradise with fan as on the ocean so sea breezes keep it coolish. Negotiate a dive with Blue Coral accross the rd from hotel. Ask for Kanci (pronounced Kanchie) We have dived with him for 13 years & he's the best diver I know. We will be there mid August. Email us if you want more advice. Also Nusa Lembongan is a great drift dive but more expensive.
