the elephant camp is not up to the standard of Taro by any stretch of the imagination.
the elephant camp is purely run as a business venture and not much care is given to the elephants. their insurance is inadequate, and the food that they provide guests is not all that good.
taro on the other hand has more facilities (OK, it doesnt have other animals - only elephants), it is cleaner, its staff are more friendly, and the food is excellent.
they also have full insurance.
give me Taro any day!
