Do not expect any booking confirmed rates to be honoured - Balinese manager left as he was ill refused to deny people had booked at certain rates downstairs 400,000rp or go upstairs 300,000rp not sure about family areas but bring some disinfectant as our room stunk from outside warungs. Owner and blonde angry rude and sit bintang after bintang at bar- hour after hour - glaring. Yes, some guests are friendly and helpful - we go to beach for relief. Like trayden would move on but places full - great area and place non maintained 2 star - staff pleasant but overworked and owner like an angry icon looming over staff and guests alike - seems nothing makes him and his grotty sweaty t shirt body happy. Have found a better place for next year without all the non needed hassle. Lovely bunch of Asian youngsters have helped put some balance into breakfast and made it a bit more fun. Over worked skimpy amount of staff try hard to cope with breakfast demands and many items in rooms do not function or are missing. If coming with family I would try to confirm your booking - you may be yet another in for a nasty expensive shock!
