I think this place has three-bedroom apartments with six single beds. (Or it could be four singles and a queen - I can't remember). You could check with them. I think that would be your best bet.
Other options might be Kuta Royal Villas, Jayakarta apartments or Kuta Townhouses (if they have three bedroom, which I'm not sure of).
Try Mic's Bali Forum for villas, etc.
