year at Melasti Collection in Melasti st, Legian, almost opposite Bali Aussie. Fendy is the owner, very helpful. we both got flat shoes made as well, I have large size and couldn't find shoes to fit. Very reasonable price, I think @ IDR 175K for flat slides.
