I have done the afternoon class, just the 2 of us and we had a ball. All the spices were explained to us and we even had a go at grinding the spices. We had to make our own fish parcels, thread the meat on to our satay sticks, help with curries etc and also did something with the sweets. Is that hands on enough? Of course, after that we ate it all. Cheers, Stormy
