for our past 2 trips in jan and April we have used a Sanur car place, we usually use one in Legian but last 2 trips have been in Sanur. It is in the road that leads down to the beach markets and where you catch the boats to Lembongan. It is attached to the restaurant that leads on to the Anada hotel. I have the car rental agreement at home if you want more info. Can post later.
