We took this advice last tiemwe went and they very cunningly changed the companies I had VERY carefully selected off this forum - and trust me it make sll the difference(like an inflated raft vs a flat one!). Turns out this is really common and I'm booking direct with the companies this time - WAY less hassle and I'd rather pay an extra dollar and know EXACTLY what I'm getting!
