Help wanted with restaurant please

Champagne occasion, bintang budget due to paying for the guests.
Requirements;
Nice setting, beach views perhaps or flash interior maybe.

Not as cheap or plain in setting as say Uncle Norms type of place but not as expensive as Breeze/Samaya, Sarong type of place.

Does such a place exisit?
