Right throughout Indonesia ladies dress sandals only go to size 40. So frustrating. You'd think some enterprising Balinese would cotton onto the fact that Bule feet can be big.
Unfortunately buying shoes is like the old days of buying clothes in Bali - can't do if you are a larger size. Getting them made is your only option.
