The first key to getting a good price at the golf course is to be a guest of a member (which would include being a participant with the Raffles social group I mentioned).
A KITAS holder and domestic Indonesian pay the same price.
As a guest of a member it is rp 600,000 on weekdays.
I don't know what the walk-in price for KITAS is if you are not accompanied by a member.
What the Raffles group has done is essentially convinced the Club to charge all Raffles guests at the lowest (domestic) guest rate, even if they are foreign tourists.
Also, Raffles guests get even better on Friday, only rp 500,000, which isn't available in any other way.
