FlapJacks. It is next door to Ramayana Hotel, not far from BGH. It is opposite the Kuta Art Markets, easy to find. I thought the prices were a little expensive, but they have plastic versions of all their meals in the window and they look very yummy. Didn't end up eating there though as they were full the night we went and we would have had to wait for a table.
