as well as a power adaptor we take a 4 / 5 plug power board. Very handy if you have a couple of mobile phones, portable DVD player, laptop etc.
Sunscreen is a must as it is very expensive in Bali. We also take vegemite. As it is very humid, I find loose clothing made out of more natural fibres are best (nothing with nylon/lycra in it as you will really sweat), some comfy shoes, a couple of nice outfits but most places are very casual so I wouldn't take too many dressy things.
