There are 3 shops fixed price from memory in Legian Street, Kuta.
Trying to rack my brains as to their names but nothing seems to be working today.
They are proper western style shops with decent selections, I have bought from them in the past.
Just go for a walk and you will find them, all on the beach side of Legian Street between Bemo corner and Melasti Street.
Which reminds me, there is also 1 in Melasti Street.
Ramayana in Denpasar is also a department store like Myer with HUGE selection as well.
